Un Paso Mas (UPM) is a Social Entrepreneurial Venture established in August 2022. The institution has India office in Delhi (Head Office) and international office in New York, USA. The name Un Paso Mas is inspired from the Spanish term that means, “A step More’’. UPM were inspired to adopt it for our venture, as it raises so much hope and those aspiring and striving to build a better world. The institution is established with a collective purpose between a group of experts who are founder members and board of advisors who have come together to offer professional services to all kind of organisations and stakeholders engaging with development sector from humanitarian and empowerment perspective across India & South Asia, Asia Pacific, Africa and Latin America.

UPM work towards a just, equitable, humane and sustainable society. UPM strive to end poverty and promote human rights in India (add the countries). This is no easy task, but we’ve got the knowledge, passion and innovation to make an enduring difference. Driven by diversity, UPM’s asks in evidence and experience, we take sides against poverty and injustice everywhere. Gendered approaches guide all our analysis, action and interaction. UPM envisions an equal world that brings in equity in the social order.   

UPM works towards fighting inequality to end poverty and injustice and support communities to build better lives for themselves, build resilience and protect lives and livelihoods. 

UPM envisions a world in which women and girls live free from gender-based violence and discrimination, where the climate crisis is contained and inclusive. 

UPM partners with communities and institutions by offering expertise in local, regional and global participatory, ethnographic, rights-based programs, designs and implementation processes. 

UPM supports organizations empowering women, girls and LGBTQI+ people to promote equality, stop violence and discrimination and live with dignity, safety and health. UPM seeks to end the practice of child marriage—which violates the human rights of so that girls can determine their own futures. UPM supports organizations that save lives and build more equitable societies in the wake of calamities.

UPM supports organizations on slowing climate change and protecting the land, water and natural resources that rural and indigenous people depend on for survival. UPM works on rehabilitation and resilience of groups and communities affected by environmental disasters, all forms of discriminations and displacements.
